At the Northernmost point of our area is the beautiful Costa Blanca North featuring a dramatic, mountainous coastline and golden sandy beaches.  This is home to some of the area’s best known beach resorts such as Calpe, Altea, Javea, Moraira, Denia and of course Benidorm, with its stunning Manhattan style skyline and famous nightlife. In addition, the Costa Blanca North is home to a number of luxury new developments in exclusive areas such as Altea Hills, Finestrat and the Sierra Cortina.  Heading 20 minutes in-land and you will find the picturesque and historic towns of Nucia and Polop. These hidden gems offer some beautiful, new developments consisting of contemporary style, detached villas with stunning sea and mountain views at some truly fantastic prices. 

During the last 20 years, the Costa Blanca South has become a popular destination for both holiday makers and ex-pats looking to start a new life in the sun.  As well popular beach resorts such as Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig on the lively Orihuela Costa, the Costa Blanca South also boasts some exclusive, low-key, family beach resorts like Guardamar Del Segura, Mil Palmeras and Torre De La Horadada. The area is also home to the bustling, historic, port cities of Alicante, Torrevieja and Santa Pola with their impressive, restaurant-lined marinas, vibrant city centres and modern shopping malls. Over the border to the South of the Costa Blanca lies the Costa Calida and the Region of Murcia. The area is home to Spain's first 5 star golf resort, the world famous La Manga Club.  Over recent years The Costa Calida and Murcia has seen the development around 15 more gated, golf & leisure resorts such as Lo Romero Golf, Roda Golf, Hacienda Del Alamo, Mar Menor Golf and El Valle. Murcia is also characterised by its many low-density, family-friendly beach resorts like Los Alcazares, Pilar de la Horadada, Torre de la Horadada, Santiago De La Ribera, San Pedro Del Pinatar and La Manga. Its unique features include having a coastline on two seas (The Mediterranean and The Mar Menor), beautiful regional natural parks ideal for outdoor pursuits and culturally and historically rich Cities such as Lorca, Aguilas, Murcia and Cartagena.

At the Southernmost point of our area is the lesser known region of Almeria, famous for its “Wild West,” desert landscapes and superb family beach resorts such as Mojacar Playa, Vera Playa and San Juan De Los Terreros.  The Costa Almeria boasts a fabulous and unique, cliff-hugging, coastal road offering truly, breathtaking sea views on one side and a dramatic mountainous landscape on the other. Almeria is actually the northern most province of the region of Andalucia and is home to a number of picturesque, mountain-top, Pueblo Blancos (White Villages) such as Mojacar, Berja and Velez-Blanca.
