Viewing Trips

Our viewing trips are individually tailored to your personal requirements with your viewing itinerary agreed with you before you travel. They are not group tours but organised on an individual one-to-one basis ensuring you have our undivided attention for the full duration of your stay. As well as viewing your chosen new build properties and resorts we also include a full local area tour so hiring a car is not essential.

• Dates of our viewing trips are flexible but as most show homes are not open during the weekend they will need to be between and Friday. 
• There is a maximum 2 night stay for a maximum of 2 people and unless offered within your accommodation package, meals are not included. 
• Flights and travel costs from your home Country to Spain are not included and must be booked independently by you.
• We will require you to supply us with your flight booking details prior to arrival showing both incoming and return flights dates.
• Viewing trips cannot be added to any other existing trip or holiday.
• Viewing trips are subject to all attendees viewing properties exclusively with Si Spain. Property viewings with other agents, banks or developers during your stay with us are not permitted.
• Si Spain only offer viewing trips subject to and following pre-qualification of intent and ability to purchase.
• Si Spain reserve the right to decline any application for free accommodation for any reason and at their sole discretion.
• Our viewing trips are strictly “no pressure” and designed to be stress free and informative. By attending you are under no obligation to purchase a property through Si Spain either during or following your trip.
