Opened in 2008 Roda Golf & Beach resort is a superb gated golf & leisure resort located just 1.5km from the many bars, restaurants, shops, leisure facilities & the golden sands and warm, calm waters of the Mar Menor Sea at the popular, family orientated, beach resort of Los Alcazares.
At the heart of the resort is the impressive Club house with its well stocked pro-shop, driving range, modern & stylish first floor restaurant & bar swell as the very cool Roda Nights open air, rooftop music & cocktail lounge. The 18 hole championship golf course is one of the best on the Costa Calida and features wide open fairways, carefully placed sand and water hazards and some very challenging holes including a tricky par 3 island green on the 7th.
The resort also currently has a privately run gym, a mini-market, tennis courts, pools, children's play parks and multi-use courts for football & basketball. In addition, during the Summer months Roda Golf Resort owners and their guests can enjoy a day at the beach in style at the resort´s private Beach club. Roda´s beach club located between two seas on the famous the La Manga strip and features a tropical style private pool and terrace bar with waiter service, a first class restaurant and its very own private beach with complimentary sun loungers.
There are some exciting new developments of modern detached villas and contemporary apartments currently under construction on Roda Golf Resort. As these progress there will also be a number of additional services introduced to the resort including a commercial area, further sports and leisure facilities and a 5 star hotel.
The pretty & charming village of Señora De Roda is just a few minutes walk away. In addition to the picturesque Hacienda & church square there are also a great choice of local shops, bars restaurants & sports facilities here. 
The main town of Los Alcazares is only about a 20 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride or 2 minute drive away and there is also a regular bus service from outside the resort entrance.
The new Region of Murcia International Airport is around a 30 minute drive and Alicante International Airport just under an hour away.
