Built areas range from approximately 140 m2 to 280 m2, allowing buyers to select a home that best suits their lifestyle, family requirements and budget. Each villa is built on a rustic or urban plot located in the surroundings of Aspe or nearby towns, offering generous outdoor space and open views of the natural landscape. The standard specifications include a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, fully fitted kitchen with appliances and fully installed ducted air conditioning.
