PROPERTIES

The first phases of villas which were released on the 15th of July sold out fast.  The developer quickly released new phases at slightly higher prices but these are also now going quickly with over 60 villas sold in less than 3 months. There are 2 styles of villas available. The 3 bed, 3 bath Almendro and the Lavanda Villas which offer either a 2 or 3 bed option.  Both villas feature a large modern, open-plan living space with lounge, dining and kitchen areas, one double bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor.  The Lavandas then have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and one shared bathroom on the first floor.
