LOCATION 

The villas are situated in a quiet, residential area of quaint tree lined streets just a few steps from the golden sandy beaches and clifftop promenade in the highly desirable and sought after area of Torre De La Horadada.  

The properties are just a few minutes walk from a brand new supermarket and a choice of local shops, bars and restaurants. Torre De La Horadada is located in the region of Alicante right next to the border with its Southern neighbour Murcia and is just a 30 minute drive from the new Region of Murcia International airport and around 50 minute's from Alicante. The more lively resorts of the Orihuela Costa (Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima) are only a short distance away to the North and the more low-key, resorts of Lo Pagan, Santiago De La Ribera and Los Alcazares are all within 10 minutes drive to the South. These are located on the Mar Menor Sea (Europe´s largest salt water lagoon) which is shallow, non tidal and 5º warmer than the Med, making it ideal for family's with you children or water sports enthusiasts.  This is also home to many rare species of water birds 1000´s of Pink Flamingos who have made the natural salt lakes in San Pedro their home. 

In addition, Europe´s largest open air shopping and entertainment centre, Zenia Boulevard is only a 10 minute drive away and there are around 20 fantastic 18 hole golf courses, all less than 30 minutes drive from the resort, the closest of which is only around 5 minutes away. In addition, Murcia's second largest city, the historic Roman port of Cartagena is around 25 minutes South and the region´s beautiful Baroque capital city Murcia is around a 40 minute drive inland. The regions of Alicantes as main cities of Torrevieja and Alicante are also both under an hour away. 

The new Region of Murcia International Airport is only around a 30 minute drive away and Alicante Airport around 50 minutes.
